The house, gardens and activities are yours to enjoy with a maximum of eighteen people accommodated at Bilpin Springs Lodge at any one time.
Book a room for yourself and your partner, or a suite for the whole family, or get a group together and book out the whole lodge for a private weekend party.
There's even a kids bunk room and separate TV/rumpus room, meaning peace and quiet for the adults!

Rooms and suites for families that have a queen bed plus either a single bed and/or bunk beds are available. Family rooms and suites at Bilpin Springs Lodge sleep 4 or or 6 people (adults and/or children). All bunk beds have full size single bed mattresses and are low rise for added safety. Family rooms and suites have lovely ensuite bathrooms and views out over the gardens and surrounding bushland. All rooms are warm in winter and air conditioned in summer. All bedding is supplied. Pillow top mattresses ensure a great sleep. There’s doonas in wintertime and summer blankets in the warmer months.

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 6 guests). Of the extra guests 4 may be an adult.
Cancellations:
Rates are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. Room rates are based on adult twin/double share. Rooms are not serviced daily. Weekends (Fri/Sat night) may require a two night minimum stay. Damaged or stolen lodge property must be paid for. Cancellation within 7 days of date of arrival incurs a cancellation fee of one full nights accommodation per room cancelled. Cancellation within 72hrs of date of arrival incurs cancellation fee of 100% of total room nights cancelled. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the lodge. Guests dogs are not permitted inside the lodge and must stay in kennel provided.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$20.00

Our twin room has a pillow top queen bed and comfortable single bed ensuring a great nights sleep, all in a large guest room with beautiful views out over the surrounding countryside. A full size ensuite bathroom makes this a great room for 2 people wanting twin beds or a family of 3 people. All rooms are warm in winter and air conditioned in summer.
