Walk your dog or ride your mountain bike around the tracks on the property. Take a picnic up to our picnic table overlooking the Mudgee hills. Or just relax and unwind whilst enjoying the peace and tranquility of the Australian bush.

Getting There:

Old Bara Guesthouse is located between Mudgee and Rylstone. Only 20 mins drive to Mudgee, 15 mins to Lue & the Louee Enduro and Motocross complex. 25 mins to Rylstone. Only a 2 hour drive to Dubbo to visit the Western Plains zoo.

From Scone, Newcastle, Tamworth, Dunedoo, Cassilis and Coolah.
Head for Mudgee. As you're nearing the town, you'll see Country Comfort Motel on your right, Mudgee Race Course on your left. Approx 500m along, turn left into the Lue Road.

From Sydney, head for Lithgow. After Lithgow, and after passing Lithgow Correctional Centre on right, take Mudgee exit on left. Driving into Mudgee, at McDonalds roundabout, turn right onto Church Street. Keep going straight through town, do not turn off. Pass the Lawson Park Hotel on your right as you leave town and head over Holyoak Bridge. First turn on your right is the Lue Road to Rylstone.
